Danny Burgess grew up surrounded by the world of real estate. His father, an architect contractor, introduced him to the business at age 15. Two decades later, he has made a name for himself as a Realtor and go-getter with PorchLight Bay Area in the heart of Silicon Valley. He and the PorchLight Bay Area team now work side by side and produce a stress-free, highly efficient environment in which they serve Bay Area buyers, sellers and investors. Amanda Burgess – Solutions Manager
Amanda has spent her entire working life in the service industry and thrives when helping others achieve their goals. With a background in education and real estate sales and a degree in Psychology, her focus is on providing support for Porchlight Bay Area sales partners and ensuring A+ service to all clients. Amanda knows that real estate transactions are much more than transactions and works hard to make sure each team member and client feels as though they are a part of our real estate family.
Linnea Lico – Transaction/Listing Coordinator
Linnea grew up in a real estate family and was born and raised in the Bay Area. She has turned that passion towards supporting PorchLight Bay Area working behind the scenes as the lead transaction and listing coordinator. Linnea is the go to girl for keeping all the paperwork executed perfectly for each transaction and communication setting up the team listings. She has a degree in Communication from Santa Clara University along with experience in the service and tech industry. She is here to help the team support their goals.
Alexander is an astute real estate entrepreneur, born and raised in the Bay Area. With deep roots and ties to communities in and around Palo Alto, CA, his knowledge of the Silicon Valley markets is superb. In over 4 years of real estate sales, his experiences helping buyers, sellers, and investors has taken him around the entire Bay Area, expanding his knowledge of Bay Area real estate trends. Alexander and his team at Porchlight Bay Area have great respect for the needs of their clients and place honesty, integrity and transparency as priorities. Alexander provides as high a level of service possible, while still offering a lasting personal relationship to assist in all aspects of home ownership. Looking at real estate as relational rather than transactionally, has created an atmosphere within his business of going above and beyond. Working in the real estate industry since 2006, Katya brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each client she works with. Throughout her extensive experience, Katya has especially enjoyed working with first-time home buyers. She uses her knowledge of the home buying process to educate clients so they can make the most informed decisions. Katya’s experiences in real estate also include working with short sales and bank owned properties. These processes can be complicated and Katya prides herself on being able to help clients navigate each transaction seamlessly. Some of Katya’s greatest strengths include her go-getter attitude and high-level negotiation skills. Katya is bilingual and delighted to offer her services to both Spanish and English speaking clients. When she is not helping clients achieve their goals in real estate, Katya enjoys taking hikes, visiting the beach, and playing soccer.
Charlene Browne, CalDRE# 02093218 – Sales Partner
Charlene is originally from Missouri, studied community health and massage therapy in Kansas, and eventually decided to move to the Bay Area looking for new adventures and greater opportunities. She has been working in the real estate industry since 2018 after being inspired by her parents who purchased their first home in 2015. Charlene’s greatest strengths are her incredible empathy and relationship building skills. They allow her to connect with clients and build rapport with other agents and parties in a transaction. Charlene believes that all involved parties are one big family working towards the same goal! When she is not helping buyers and sellers, Charlene enjoys cooking at home and exploring hiking trails all around the Bay Area.

Before she became a Realtor, Angela owned her own local Massage Therapy business in Castro Valley. She has taken the knowledge and discipline it takes to run a business and incorporates it into her real estate business everyday. Alex is born and raised in the Bay Area. He studied and lived in San Diego for 10 years where he found his passion for real estate. He puts his all into everything he does. Before he found real estate, he worked in the food industry for 13 years where he went from bussing tables in a fine dining restaurant to managing a brewery. He has taken his people skills and thriving in the chaos of the hospitality industry into doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He enjoys that every client is different and so is their journey into finding the right home. What sets Alex apart is his attentiveness to his clients needs and making the home buying process fast and fun.
Bryan Cruz, CalDRE# 02113249 – Sales Partner
Bryan was born in the Philippines and moved to the Bay Area at the age of 3. He brings to PorchLight Bay Area his 10+ years of customer service experience from the retail industry. Bryan is looking to use this experience to create genuine relationships with his clients. Bryan is a problem solver and loves a good challenge. Bryan’s goal is always to educate, communicate, and advise in the best interest of his clients. Outside of work Bryan is a family man who spends his days with his fiancé Maria, son Riley, and son Zion.
Born and raised in Oxnard, CA. Jaqui always knew relationships with people were her forte. A Basketball Scholarship and Performing Arts major at the Academy of Arts University brought her to San Francisco where she grew roots and developed her love for the Bay Area. As a principal actor in the hit show Beach Blanket Babylon for 10 years, Jacqui cultivated relationships with numerous contracts in the region. On or off stage or basketball court, she’s maintained her credo; “Loyalty is everything”. She is ecstatic to join the PorchLight Bay Area Team and will work tirelessly to help you achieve your Real Estate Dreams.

Yanira was born in Oakland, CA and raised among commerce, in her mother’s event. With a background in real estate, business consulting and leadership development, her focus is to provide the highest level of customized service to anyone with real estate goals. Joining the PorchLight Bay Area team solidifies community and collaboration where partners work together by sharing expertise, resources, and responsibility for achieving our client’s goal. This combined with her great love of negotiation, communication and organization makes for creative real estate, where nothing is impossible! If she is not on the phone building relationships she is traveling to eat, play and make new friends with her partner and two daughters.

Originally born and raised in the Bay Area, Elizabeth moved to South Carolina to pursue a degree in Business Operations Management at Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. This knowledge, coupled with her sales and business experience has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers about the process, and effectively marketing listings. Elizabeth is very detail and process oriented, proactive, and enjoyable to be around. After college, Elizabeth has moved around all over the Tri-Valley and Bay Area and truly loves the area. With every move, she realized she had a passion to make a house a home and wanted to provide that feeling of “home” for others as well. In her free time, Elizabeth is an avid DIYer, HGTV watcher, traveller and volunteer at Cornerstone Fellowship.

Rita Tang is a Home Service Owner Since 2017. She brings the same professional and personal values to her work as a real estate agent: working well with people and being kind, caring, and organized in her efforts to serve her clients’ best interests.
