Atherton is known for having one of the most sought after zip codes in the country. 94027 was named by business insider as the most expensive zip code in the United States, 2019. This is up a whopping 43% from just two years prior. Some other famous residents are Jerry Rice, former 49er’s receiver and Tom Prouix, co founder of Intuit.
