Born and raised in the Bay Area, Deon spent his childhood and some of his young adolescence in the vibrant city life of Orlando, Florida, before returning to his roots in 2019. Initially pursuing a degree in forensic science, Deon discovered his true passion for real estate and business. He transitioned his studies to focus on business with a minor in economics and is on track to graduate from San Jose State University in 2026.
