I don’t typically write a review but Zander is an exception. I still remembered the call I made to him and that call turned out to be the best decision that I had made in 2020. I knew Zander as a real estate agent, unlike many agents who had done sloppy jobs, giving unrealistic recommendations or being unreachable, Zander provided me all that I was looking for – accurate estimation and forecast of market, precise marketing strategy, close follow-up and timely communication. Beyond all these, he also referred to me his network – landscapers, cleaners, stagers, HVAC guys and even contractors, which offloaded quite some weights from me and made my remodel project smooth and easy. I also knew Zander as a friend, though I just knew him for a few months. He always knows how to prioritize and compromise when conflicts come, and he always looks at things from a bigger picture, aiming at the greater good of future business and relationship.
